Psalms 48 — Beautiful For Situation, the Joy of the Whole Earth
Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness. Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion. God is known in her palaces for a refuge. The kings were assembled, they passed by together. We have thought of thy lovingkindness, O God, in the midst of thy temple. According to thy name, O God, so is thy praise unto the ends of the earth. This God is our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide even unto death.

Verse 14 is your epitaph. The God who guides through life will guide through death. The journey does not end where the body does; He continues guiding.
Christ is the way (John 14:6) and the resurrection (John 11:25). The guide through death is the One who has been through it and back.
For ever and ever. The relationship outlasts every other.
Our guide even unto death. He walks with His people through the door death opens.
