Psalms 7 — God Is a Righteous Judge
O Lord my God, in thee do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me. Arise, O Lord, in thine anger. Judge me, O Lord, according to my righteousness. Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end. My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart. God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day. He hath made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made. I will praise the Lord according to his righteousness.

The boomerang of evil. The trap dug for others closes on the digger.
A pattern observable in history. Evil schemes have a way of returning to their inventors.
Verse 11 reframes injustice. God is not indifferent to today's evil; He is angry with it daily. Trust His timing for the vindication you cannot manage.
The righteous Judge of Psalm 7 is the same Christ who will judge the quick and the dead (2 Timothy 4:1). His justice is not delayed forever.
Angry with the wicked every day. Constant divine displeasure with evil. The verse refuses sentimental theology.
A guard for justice. God is not on holiday from holiness. The wicked's day is His daily concern.
