Psalms 83 — Let Them Know That Thou Art the Most High
Keep not thou silence, O God. Thy enemies make a tumult. They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. They have consulted with one consent. Let them be ashamed and troubled for ever; yea, let them be put to shame, and perish: That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth.

Verse 18 is the missionary outcome of even the chapter's judgments. He acts that the earth may know His name. Pray accordingly.
Christ is the visible Most High, the Jehovah revealed (John 8:58). The chapter's name is His name made flesh.
Whose name alone is JEHOVAH. The exclusive Name. Only one God has this name; only one rules the earth.
The chapter's aim. Even judgment serves the knowing of the Lord.
