The room remembered as the setting of the Last Supper and of Pentecost, on Mount Zion. The present hall is a Crusader-era structure raised over a spot venerated far earlier. The Gospels and Acts do not fix its exact location, so the site is a long-honoured tradition rather than an identified room.

Where it is
Mount Zion, Jerusalem
Scripture
Luke 22:12 · Acts 2:1-4
What the evidence confirmsA room on Mount Zion has been honoured as the Upper Room since early Christian centuries, marking a real and central memory of the first community.
What it does not proveThe standing hall is medieval, and nothing ties the precise room to the Last Supper or Pentecost; the location is traditional.
