Psalms 61 — Lead Me to the Rock That Is Higher Than I
Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever. So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows.

Verse 2 is the prayer when overwhelmed. Ask to be led to the rock above your reach. He is the higher One who lifts you.
Christ is the rock higher than us (1 Corinthians 10:4). The chapter's plea finds its answer in Him.
